Scientist Rohit Mehra lives in Mumbai with his son Krishna Mehra (both played by Hrithik Roshan). Krishna is married to Aaj Tak's journalist Priya (Priyanka Chopra). Rohit works in a research institute for the Government of India and Krishna,
While moonlighting as superhero Krrish, he is fired from various day jobs for lack of regular attendance. Rohit is researching a device that will bring life to dead tissues using solar energy. Despite several attempts, he fails to complete the experiment due to the high intensity of the sun's rays.
On a normal day, Krishna loses his job from a company's security wing when he hears the news about an airplane whose front tires get stuck due to some malfunction that poses a high risk, even if landed.

Enraged Kaal sent his mutants to attack Rohit and find out how an antidote was developed without using his own blood. Krrish manages to save Rohit, but Priya is injured and hospitalized. However, Krrish manages to defeat the mutant striker (Gauhar Khan). Kaya performs the instructions of Kaal,
Priya takes shape while Priya is kidnapped. Appearing as Priya, Kaya convinces Krishna that Priya has lost her child, and continues to live with the Mehars.
While discovering the truth behind Marak's sutra, he develops a fascination for Krishna. Naseeruddin Shah) 's companion, where he is abducted by the men of Kaal.
